Description:
B&CC recently started construction on 8,000 SF of additional shops at Ft. Howard Square in Rincon, GA. Spaces from 1600 – 6800 SF are available at $18/SF. Additional shop space will be a welcome addition to the 110,000 SF Wal Mart Shadow Center, which has remained 100% occupied since renovations were complete in 2007. Spaces will be ready for delivery in July 2012. B&CC agent Ryan McArdle is handling the development and leasing.
